Well, you have found the right app. Text Live Wallpaper is basically a Live Wallpaper which you can add some text to your wallpaper such as Inspirational Quotes, Reminders, or anything you want to keep on your wallpaper. This app also provide some custom features such as,

- Text Color
- Background Mask (to see text clearly on some wallpapers)
